Alrighty, it just updated and i'm still awake so here it is:
The 0-20 2s is ranked as 20082nd, so roughly the top hundred teams are getting it as things stand.
The 3s is ranked as 6773rd, so the top 34 or so teams are getting it from that at the moment.
