trinket?

right now im using a bangle of endless blessings and im wondering if its worth it over something with +healing like LC prayerbook or maybe even a stam or resil trinket. there is no spirit on druid pvp gear, so the 15% mana regen while casting proc isnt that great. maybe use the int trinket from aran? what do you guys think?

oh wow, i just did some math and its over 1k mana on an innervate lawl. nvm. bangle it is.

It's actually 1625 extra mana when used with innervate. Swap out a Spirit stick (nightstaff of everliving wit +20 spirit enchant) and there's another 900 mana.

A standard innervate can generate roughly 3k mana return with pvp gear (very little spirit). With bangle and a spirit stick an innervate can generate a mana return of 5500-6k. It's pretty sick.
