Handy tips for Aion

Well, I didn't start till recently so I don't have much but just saw this on the loading screen.. and seeing people were whining about not being able to look behind you while kiting.

If you hold shift while walking you're free to look behind you, really handy!

Clipcast? you mean like spell queueing?

No I mean cut off .3 seconds before a spell finishes (like in wow) and not get rooted in place facing my target with a lame casting animation so I can cast something else

It works, you just gotta get a better feel for your latency :(

Also I don't think the betas are using the newest patch for Aion... at least so far, we've been stuck with the crappy camera controls. The NA/EU live version will have the proper camera controls (supposedly).

Personally, I find it annoying that the animation after the cast finishes prevents you from moving.

Yea it's annoying, but you can jump out of most of it.

I HATE THAT. i bind all my stuff Shift+ and it messes around with my camera, they are switching it tho, thank god... or you can also click the scroll wheel down to do it.
